Team coaches have received extensive training in the key skills regarding guiding teams in their transition to Team-Based Working. Besides guiding team processes, they can also play a role in long-term integration. If teams get stuck, need extra guidance or would like an interim intervention on a specific theme, the team coaches can play a role in this.
Team coaching, training or advise is available through CTL.
The first thing to do is to discuss your request with the supervisor of your team (team lead, service director, academy director and/or MT member) and then contact us via CTL@buas.nl. CTL will further facilitate and coordinate the request with the available team coaches.
